"Qadhar na" - No one can change the Decree of Almighty Allah

Dear Brothers & Sisters

Assalaamu Alaikkum wa Rahmathullaahi wa Barakaathu hu

You may be wondering why the title is given as "No one can change the Decree
of Almighty Allah". A true muslim will not have any doubt in this fact.

We all have heard and read in Quran  the word “ QADR”, “TAQDHEER” many times.
As you are aware, this word is derived from the root Qaf-Dal-Ra.

We are giving the meanings of various words derived from this root :
Qaf-Dal-Ra = to measure/decree/determine/stint/straiten, to have power,
to be able, a measure, means, ability, a term/decree, doom, destiny, measured,
decreed.

qudrun - knowledge, law, value, power, measure, majesty, ability, glory, honour,
standard, limit, destiny. taqdir - knowledge, law, measuring decree, judgement,
 ordering.

maqduran - made absolute, executed.
miqdar - due measurement, definite quantity.

qaddara - to make possible, prepare, devise, lay plan, facilitate.
muqtadir - powerful, able to prevail.

We are giving below some of the verses which use these words:

15:60, “ Qadhar na”  - Except for his wife, of whom We have decreed that she
shall be of those who remain behind.
27:57 “Qadhar na hu”-  So, We saved him and his family, except his wife.
We destined her to be of those who remained behind,
In these two verses, Almighty Allah says about the family of Lut (Alaihi salaam).
Almighty Allah DESTINED/DECREED his wife to perish with those who were punished.
So, no human could save her.

In the following verse (25:2), Almighty Allah says that HE has created
everything and measured it exactly which no one can alter:

25:2,  “ Fa Qadhara hu”  - He has created everything, and has measured it exactly
according to its due measurements.

In verse 41:10, Quran says that the Almighty Allah has decreed the sustenance
for all future generations. No one can decrease or increase the sustenance.

41:10, “ Qadhara feeha” - He placed therein firm mountains from above it, and
He blessed it, and measured therein its sustenance in four Days equal for
all those who ask.

In 56:60, Almighty Allah says that HE has DECREED death to all:
56:60,  “ Qadhar na”We have decreed death to you all, and We are not
outstripped.   No one can escape from death.

80:19,  “ Fa Qadhara hu  From a Nutfah He created him and then set him
in due proportion.   This verse says that HE did not just created the man,
but has SET him  in due proportion which no human nor any force can alter.

87:1-3 “ Qadhara” - Glorify the Name of your Lord, the Most High.
Who has created, and then proportioned it. And Who has measured
(preordainments for everything even to be blessed or wretched); and then guided.)
This verse (87:1-3) says that Almighty Allah has pre-ordained each  man
whether he has to be blessed or to be wretched, no human nor any force can alter
these preordained end.

41:12, “ Taqdheerul And We adorned the nearest (lowest) heaven with lamps
(stars) to be an adornment as well as to guard. Such is the decree of Him,
the Almighty, the All-Knower.
This verse clearly shows that what Almighty Allah, the All Knower has decreed
no one can change.

These above verses categorically teach us that what ever
Almighty Allah has decreed/destined/measured out/ set/
pre-ordained no human nor any force can change.

We are sure all of you will agree to our above statement.  If anyone differs
(Naudubillah), he must study the Dheen much more deeply.

Though all of you accept our above high-lighted statement, we still see many who do
not believe (Naudubillah) in these following verses from the very same Quran :

10:5,   “ Wa Qadhara hu”  It is He Who made the sun a shining thing and the moon
as a light and measured out for it stages that you might know the age and the
reckoning. Allah did not create this but in truth. He explains the Ayat in detail for
people who have knowledge.)

36:38, “ Taqdheerul” And the sun runs on its fixed course for a term (appointed).
That is the decree of the Almighty, the All-Knowing.

36:39, “Qadhar na hu”  - And the moon, We have decreed for it stages, till it returns
like the old dried curved date stalk.

6:96,” fa Qadhara hu”  Taqdeera” - (He is the) Cleaver of the daybreak. He has
appointed the night for resting, and the sun and the moon for reckoning.
Such is the measuring of the Almighty, the All-Knowing.)

In these above verses also Almighty Allah uses the same word, “Qadharahu/
Taqdheerul/ Qadhar na hu/ Fa Qadhara hu /Taqdheera”- all derived from the same root
Qaf-Dal-Ra.  But, majority do not believe (Naudubillah) !!

Their wrong stand implies that the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) has given
them permission to change the dates as they wish or that permission is given
to start the new month as and when one sees the hilaal, even after 2 days !!

They do not realize that such permission will never be given by the Prophet
(Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) who has lived as Quran; who knew all the above verses
of Quran which categorically state that whatever Almighty Allah has decreed/destined/
measured out/ set/ pre-ordained no human nor any force can change.

He (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) knew that the perishing of Lut (AS)’s wife
could not  be changed by anyone as it was decreed by Allah; that whatever
Almighty Allah has measured out,  no one can alter it; that the death decreed
to all by Almighty Allah cannot be altered by any one; that whatever the Almighty
Allah has pre-ordained cannot be altered by any human/ any force.

Like wise the Prophet (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) also knew very well that
the calendar fixed by the Almighty Allah on the very day He created the heavens
and the earth cannot be changed by any force; that the moon-phases are the dates
for the mankind; that manaazil  which Almighty Allah has decreed for the moon
to show on each day, till the end cannot be changed and that with these manaazil,
age can be measured out precisely and that “urj oonil qadeem” is the last visible
phase of the month and that the next day of seeing the “Urj” is the day of Ghummah.

In 10:5, 9:36-37 & 36:39 Almighty says that HE has decreed stages (manaazil)
for the moon so that we can findout the correct day on which each month
has to start , according to the decree of Almighty Allah; according to what HE
has recorded (decreed) in His Book on the very day HE created the heavens and the earth.

Those who insist on seeing the hilaal in order to start the new month are accusing
the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) to have gone against what Quran
teaches (NAUDUBILLAH).

How can the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) who was rightly guided
by the Almighty Allah go against HIS decree ???

The minds of those who accuse the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam)
are so much adulterated by the Jews that they are not realizing the danger
in such accusations.

Iblees, the know enemy is having a field day and is misleading millions into sin -
making them miss the fast of the first day (in case of Ramdhaan) and making
them commit the sin of fasting on the day of Eid (in case of Shawwal)

Any one with commonsense will agree that the Prophet (Sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam)
has not given any sanction to start the month whenever one sees the hilaal.
He (sallallaahu alaihi wa sallam) knew very well that such starting of the month
will definitely have dates not tallying with the moon-phases, as directed by Quran 2:189.
Such wrong starts will be contrary to Quran.

So, it is high time that majority of muslims realize
the truth that  NO CLOUDS NOR POOR VISION OF MAN
CAN CHANGE THE START OF THE MONTH.

They should also realize that only if they consider
the day of conjunction as the last day of the month,
they can start the new month on the correct day
with the dates tallying with the moon-phases.

We once again request Br. Khalid Shaukat and Br Sulatn Alam to make use of their
resources to search for the last visible phase “Urj Oonil Qadeem” and report
the sighting so that we can start the new month after nearly 48 hours of
its sighting. (If “urj” is seen on a Monday at Fajr, the new month starts on Wednesday
at Fajr, Tuesday being the day of Gummah / Conjunction).

May Almighty Allah forgive all our errors, sins and faults and May HE provide a
place for all of us in Jannathul Firdouse.  Aameen

Wa Salaam
